7.Seek for BD opportunity， take the rule of business developer in project phase. Lead to deliver FIP ,MEMO etc documents.
8.Manage and develop a commercial team to realize target.
9.Pay close attention to market situation and development to obtain opportunities available.
10.Collect market intelligence and make a market analysis report.
11.Take an active role in participating in all Vopak terminal business activities.
12.Draft CD budget and control actual expenditure.
⑴ Taking a leading role to team building, and equip, select and motivate staff.
⑵ In charge of managing KPI and give feedback to HR.
⑶ Make and execute training plan, help staff to know training orientation so that they can meet requirements of their roles and responsibilities as well as making self- improvement.
⑷Ensure commercial staff have a clear view about working target.
⑸Manage staff work, including on leave schedule and working plan.
⑹ Give a guidance to staff work.
14. Report to GM on work update, achievement, and work plan in written form regularly.
15.Subordinate to JV work plan and position arrangement.
