1.Strictly comply with JV quality, quantity, safety, health and environmental policy, report hazards timely. Analysis and control quality, safety, health and environmental hazard.

严格遵守公司质量、安全、健康和环保方针,及时报告事故隐患,分析和控制质量、安全、健康和环保危害。

2.In charge of all commercial activities

负责公司所有商务活动。

3.Make and execute sales and marketing plan combined with company budget, strategy and market situation.

制定并执行与公司预算、战略及市场环境相一致的销售与市场计划。

4.Ensure proper advertisement and marketing promotion

保证适当的广告与推广活动。

5.Turn cargo flow and customer requirement into commercial opportunity, optimize pricing strategy and service.

产品流与客服需求转换为公司的商务机会,优化定价策略及服务。

6.Manage existing and potential customer relations

管理现有客户与潜在客户关系。

7.Seek for BD opportunity, take the rule of business developer in project phase. Lead to deliver FIP ,MEMO etc documents.

寻求未来市场拓展机会。在项目商务谈判阶段承担业务发展协调员的职责,撰写FIP,MEMO等有关的商务决策文件;

8.Manage and develop a commercial team to realize target.

管理并发展商务团队,实现商务目标。

9.Pay close attention to market situation and development to obtain opportunities available.

注意市场环境动向和发展,寻求更好的可利用商机。

10.Collect market intelligence and make a market analysis report.

收集市场情报,制定市场竞争分析报告。

11.Take an active role in participating in all Vopak terminal business activities.

积极参与孚宝全球各罐区商务活动。

12.Draft CD budget and control actual expenditure.

拟定本部门预算,控制实际费用支出。

13.Manage staff人员管理

⑴ Taking a leading role to team building, and equip, select and motivate staff.

负责部门队伍建设,选拔、激励、配备本部门人员。

⑵ In charge of managing KPI and give feedback to HR.

负责部门员工绩效管理,进行绩效反馈。

⑶ Make and execute training plan, help staff to know training orientation so that they can meet requirements of their roles and responsibilities as well as making self- improvement.

制定并实施部门员工培训计划,帮助员工确定培训需求,以满足绩效改进要求及职位要求。

⑷Ensure commercial staff have a clear view about working target.

确保部门所有员工明确了解工作目标。

⑸Manage staff work, including on leave schedule and working plan. 

管理部门员工,包括人员休假、工作计划等。

⑹ Give a guidance to staff work.

指导部门员工工作。

14. Report to GM on work update, achievement, and work plan in written form regularly.

以书面的形式定期向总经理汇报部门的工作进展、成果、工作计划。

15.Subordinate to JV work plan and position arrangement.

服从公司的工作和岗位安排。
